From 2 to 6 December 2011, the delegation of Uzbekistan headed by the chairman of the Central Election Commission of Uzbekistan Mirza-Ulugbek Abdusalomov as a foreign observers participated in observing elections in the State Duma of Federal Assembly of Russian Federation.
