Central election commission holds session

Central Election Commission of Uzbekistan held its regular session on 24 June. The session was chaired by commission chairman Mirza-Ulugbek Abdusalomov.
In accordance with article 4 of the Law on the status of the deputy of the Legislative Chamber and the member of the Senate, the issue of authorities of some senators was considered.
The commission also discussed its work in the first half of 2008 and approved the plan of activities for the second half of the year.
