Training of the OSCE/ODIHR in Sarajevo
According to invitation of the OSCE/ODIHR Head of press-service of the Central Election Commission of Uzbekistan Nizamitdin Nurmatov and Head of Tashkent city local office of Independent institute for monitoring the formation of civil society Doniyor Ayupov from 27 to 29 November this year, took part in the training sessions for the short-term observers, which was held in Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina). There were 34 representatives from 17 OSCE participating States.
Observation of elections of deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
From 25 to 30 of October 2012 member of the Central Election Commission of The Republic of Uzbekistan Komiljon Adilov and deputy of the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan Sabir Tursunov composed of the CIS mission observers took part in elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The elections to the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus
From 21 to 26 September 2012 the Secretary of the Central Election Commission of Uzbekistan Oybek Soatov and chairman of comittee of the Legislative Chamber of Uzbekistan Abdugofur Mamatov took part in the mission of CIS observers in the elections to the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus.

The OSCE/ODIHR training in Istanbul
According to invitation of the OSCE/ODIHR the member of the Central Election Commission of Uzbekistan Mahamadjan Hodjaev and the head of the press-service of the CEC Nizamitdin Nurmatov from 4 to 8 June 2012, took part in the educational Training for Long-Term Observers, which was held in Istanbul (Turkey). There were representatives of 17 OSCE participating states: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Moldova, Serbia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Croatia, Montenegro, and also from Tunisia - OSCE partner country.
Actual problems of improvement of electoral legislation
In the Independent Institute of Monitoring the Formation of Civil Society held a "round table" on "Actual problems of improvement of electoral legislation in Uzbekistan." The event attended by members of the Senate and Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis, representatives of the Central Election Commission, regional and city election commissions, political parties, the experts of the Institute for Monitoring Current Legislation under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the leading scholars of higher education institutions and the representatives of media.

From 3 to 7 May 2012 the member of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan Janabay Sadikov composed the mission of observer from CIS took part in the elections to the National assembly of Armenia.
Participation in observing presidential elections of Russian Federation
From 2 to 6 of March 2011, the delegation of Uzbekistan headed by the chairman of the Central Election Commission of Uzbekistan Mirza-Ulugbek Abdusalomov participated in observing presidential elections of Russian Federation as a foreign observers.
Participation in the elections of the President of the Republic of Turkmenistan
From 10 to 14 February 2012 the secretary of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan Oybek Soatov and deputy chairman of the Committee of the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan Tulkin Tursunov composed the mission of observers from CIS took part in the elections of the President of the Republic of Turkmenistan.
The meeting in Batumi
Chief of press-service of the CEC N.Nurmatov participated in the meeting of election management bodies representatives from Eastern Europe and Central Asia, which took place in Georgia, Batumi on 9-11 February this year.
